ZEHN+ is a law firm that specializes in employees' rights and, above all, in works constitution law. We advise all employee representatives, such as group, general and works councils, representatives of the severely disabled, as well as employees. We do not represent employers.
That we exclusively advise works councils and employees' corresponds with our deepest conviction. We believe in good and safe working conditions, recognition and appreciation for the achievements of the workforce and the legal co-determination of employees´ representatives on an equal footing with their employers. We are convinced that this does not hinder the success of companies, but rather promotes it.
We go beyond our direct works council advice and work closely with everyone who is also committed to employees´ rights. We also advocate for our opinions and beliefs in public, for example in specialist magazines, at conferences, congresses and panel discussions.
ZEHN is a number that connects us founders personally. It is the cross sum of the numbers of the date on which the idea of ZEHN+ was born. An evening in which we came together for very different reasons and asked ourselves: If we founded a law firm together, what values would it be based on? The answer was:
The symbol for this evening is ZEHN, but the ideals of ZEHN are nothing without the many people who believe in them alongside us. Those who work with us every day for employees´ rights – especially the works councils – they are the plus without which ZEHN is nothing. Our office should be a meeting place for them. Therefore: ZEHN+.
Our logo also shows this: The ZEHN, which stands for employees' rights. It is joined by the plus, which includes all people who work together with us for employees' rights – regardless of origin, age, gender, skin color, sexual identity, nationality, religion, ideology and disability. Our color for this is pink.
We welcome applications from lawyers, including job starters, as well as from lawyer assistants, paralegals, legal trainees and student interns.
